Then here's a mistake of the manga, that Supreme Kai loses the merger during the battle of Goku and Bills, while here long after the battle, he is still fused.

About Episode 16, it looks like the two Kaioshin were talking about "the first two planets which disappeared", and which "maybe have just been destroyed by Beerus", but strangely it looks like nothing has remained, not even debriefs.
In episode 1, we see at least one planet actually HALF destroyed by Beerus. So, I don't know what to think.
Maybe two "disappeared planets" in reality were Super Dragon Balls which Champa and Vados got? I don't know.

I think they were reffering to the planets destroyed by Champa perhaps?

Uh? In your first image, which seems to be happening during BoG, they are fused (and have just gathered Namekian dragon balls), while in the second image, which seems to happen then the BoG is just ended, they say they just defused. Where's the issue? Do you have a later image where they are fused again?
