Why didn't Goku keep any of the fruit from the tree of might? He could have used it later.

Well, I haven't seen the movie in some time, but I guess if you want to kill the question, it's just a movie.

If you didn't already know, the movies aren't supposed to fit in with the events in the series. They're basically just little "what-if's".

And even if it was in a million fricken years somehow Canon, Goku probably wouldn't feel right using fruit created by sucking the life force out of Earth.

If he wasn't hungry at the time, I don't think Goku would have even given the fruit a second thought. Planning ahead to save some super fruit wouldn't be his number one objective.
