Will we have a SSJR3 Black?

Don't kill me for making this topic. Is just a thought that I've been discussing with some friends. Also, this is my first topic, so I hope everything is in good terms.

Considering:


a) Black becomes stronger and stronger after every hit or fight (zenkai power?) and because of this he was able to transform in Super Saiyan Rosé...



b) Black has Goku's body and can use all of his techniques, like Kame Hame Ha or the teleport...



c) One can presume (by what we saw in DBZ) SSJ3 is a transformation that can only be achieved in other dimension, like Goku in Kaio's realm or Gotenks in the RoSaT, and Black can time travel and stuff...



d) All important villains in DBZ had at least three different transformations...



Also...

- This Future Trunks arc is been a little bit of a "crowd pleaser" in terms of storytelling and characters...
- Black could/will be an iconic character for Super in terms of selling toys and cards, so it makes sense to give him another form...


Is it possible that we can have this villain achieving that iconic and fan-favourite transformation?

Anyway, no, I don't think Black will go SSJP3 or whatever... He'll stick with what he has right now and that's it.

My guess is probably not.

But I really don't put it past Super to do it. Just when people thought the recolour train would be over with blue, we get rose. The train ain't gonna end. I think it will eventually be expanded into SSJ2/3G because it's incredibly easy to come up with, and marketable to reduce, reuse, and recycle.

My answer is no. Super Saiyan Rosé is already the highest tier of Super Saiyan's related transformation at the moment. And Gokū Black seems to have copied Son Gokū's moveset. He doesn't need SSJR3.

I highly doubt we'll see something like that.

Solid arguments though, also, SS3 evilish look would suit Black a lot more then Goku, never really liked it in Goku, every time i saw it, Baywatch came in to my mind.

If we take Whis's words for transformations, they seem to have a catch (his chat with the Oracle, while playing a weird game). If things go back-to-basics, as SSGR hints with the skinny looking Goku, then Goku may have a plan to reach something tootaly new, while Black may go after further transformations.

I got that Whis chat in my head for quite a while...if I'm not wrong, somehwere around ep. 19 to 22

Also none of the big bads in Super had new unforseen transformations, baring Frieza of course and even that was left to one new one and could be considered the only and real main form for the RoF arc.

Both Hit and Beerus just kept getting stronger (unsuppressing their power) in their existing forms in response to the others getting stronger. Think that Super arcs will play out like Z arcs in terms of the motifs they present is incredibly unlikely. Super is closer to One Piece or fairy tail than Z in terms of its battle styles.

I can see DB Heroes doing this but not the actual anime itself or the manga. It would look cool but I just wouldn't see the need for it. I am sure that at some point down the line we will have SSJB3 because the series will call for it but now is not that time.

SSjR will likely be the only form for Goku Black. I bet that we will see Vegeta and Goku get other forms in the near future.

I don't know... I don't really consider Beerus and Hit as villains. They're the nemesis of a particular arc in a particular context, but they're not villains per se. Beerus was just playing with Goku, and Hit had to fight because they were in a tournament. And it seems both Hit and Goku ended in good terms. I don't consider Hit a major threat. Actually, I can see him helping the Z warriors in a future. Same with Beerus, he fought Goku but then they were cool and now Beerus is theoretically in Goku's side.

Take away Freezer, and Black is Super's firts villain, alongside Zamas.

It's very much possible. I mean, Goku Black created his own Super Saiyan form so there's every chance he could power up and potentially tap into SSJ2 and SSJ3.

Yes, for the same reasons Goku has a different SSJ look. Different artist draw hair differently.

No, an SS3R Black wouldn't work aesthetically, not to mention that the SS3 form has been proven inefficient time after time.

No but SSJ white is a possibility if Zamasu and Black do end up using Potara to fuse.

I don't think Black will have any more forms, I however wouldn't be surprised if Black and Zamasu fused.

I have the same thoughts as ArchedThunder. I think fusion is the only way we may probably see a new form.By form I mean how the look of them will be when fused.
