Just a quick question if Gowasu does die in the next episode would the universe 10 God of destruction die aswell? I'm just thinking back when Whis told Goku about the kaioshin and God of destruction being a set.

Only if Gowasu is the only Kaioushin of Universe 10. Given what we know, it seems that it's one Hakaishin to the pantheon of actively serving Kaioushin of the same universe (Beerus only being connected to East Kaioushin because the others are dead or no longer count), so it should only affect Universe 10's Hakaishin if Gowasu is the only Kaioushin of Universe 10.
