Is it weird but i will miss Goku Black/Zamasu as villain when this arc ends

If they get locked away in the jar, its quite possible he'll get loose and come back in a later arc.

Something gives me the feeling he's been way too developed to throw him away so quickly. He could return later on if he's not outright killed.

To answer your question, no, it's not weird. You've clearly enjoyed their screen time and will miss not having that going forward.

Me, personally, I'm not going to miss them at all. Villains like Frieza, Cell, and Buu have this strange endearing quality about them that makes me welcome their return with open arms. Black and Zamasu are the first truly detestable villains in this franchise, imo. The pretense in their speeches; the hypocrisy in their actions; the lack of real motives behind their extermination and hatred of the human race; and the calm, collected nature and elitism they display while committing these atrocities are infuriating. I wouldn't consider them the most evil villains, and I personally don't believe they have any more depth than Frieza or even Cell, but they've made me hate them (in a good way!) more than any other villain prior to this series, which definitely deserves merits. I just want to see them die a slow and painful death. The only thing I'll miss is the final scene in which they perish.

Their memorability will partly depend on how future antagonists are written and portrayed. A regression to the old hackneyed supervillains with predictably one-dimensional attitudes would cement their iconicity in the series as being the two antagonists with some measure of rhyme & reason to their actions besides wanting to dominate everything purely for the sake of it.

I'll miss much more Black than Zamasu.

I know they are the same dude at the end, but Black developed more as stand alone carachter, each battle forged his personality and he even behaves different than Zamasu at this point (even if they share the same ideals)

Nozawa did an awesome job by voicing him, big part of his charisma is in there.

Hopefully he'll get some proper send off/some epic shite next episode, before fusing. Wouldn't mind seeing him back (alone) in some way tho..

I'm concerned for how the series will progress without them. I really think that it's thanks to those two, along with Trunks who might also be going out of the show soon is the reason why it's turned a lot of people's opinions of the show around.

A lot of people were really shitting on the show before these characters came along and this saga has been received pretty well, I see a lot more positivity for the show because of these characters.

I've even noticed that the score on Myanimelist has been going up over the last few months and usually the ratings only ever go down over time.

Won't lie. I think Zamasu (all three versions of him) is the best and most foreboding villain since Freeza (I think he's second to Freeza). The whole "Goku Black" concept was executed well in my opinion.
