Did the Goku that Zamasu switched bodies with also from Universe 10?

Zamasu went to Universe 7 in the 4th timeline and wished to switch bodies with Goku to become Black.
Zamasu from the original timeline was destroyed (Main timeline)
Future Zamasu from Trunk's timeline became immortal via the Super Dragon Balls.

It looks like a Timeline involves more than just one world, but rather all universes. So when you go to Future Trunk's timeline, your not only going to an alternate Earth, your going to an alternate Universe 7 which also has an alternate Universe 10 and the rest I suppose as well, (Which is where Future Zamasu came from I'm guessing).

Black is from a timeline that originated from Goku's timeline and started to exist through a split up when Beerus destroyed Zamasu. The new official chart - despite the great effort of some people ignoring it - explained that there a split happened. Black already had the ring. Beerus destroyed Zamasu. The ring protected Zamasu therefore it split the timeline to guarantee Black's existence as it had priority over Beerus weird power of "when I destroy something it is going to affect time because I am a god and destroy a god" and of course he did not know that he was always involved in the bootstrap and therefore him destroying Zamasu was always relevant for the entire process. Beerus destroyed Zamasu. Time split to a point where Zamasu died and one that could become Black survived. Black became Black. Black got the ring. Black protected his Past Self by having the ring and so on. Whatever happened, happened. A combo of bootstrap, alternative timelines and extra rules made up in the show.

I guarantee for nothing in the manga though.

Why would there be a Goku in Universe 10? I think you're confusing timelines with Universes.

No, there isn't any other Goku in any other universe. There are only Saiyans in U6 and U7, and the Saiyans in U6 aren't the same as the ones in U7. This isn't hard to comprehend.
