Toei Teasing Big Dub Announcement?

I am curious can anyone tell me was this teased by Toei on twitter before the english cast announcement or after. https://twitter.com/ToeiAnimation

I am hopeful it is after the fact because then it is likely release information but I honestly can't tell since the cast announcement seems to be after this tweet. However the dub clip was before this tweet so if anyone knows I would greatly appreciate a reply.

While I do share your excitement and belief someting big is coming, did you check to see if there are other threads about this? I think mecha3000 did at least one of this subject.

Honestly, I do believe that the excitement came before. It was definitely the English cast's announcement. Would be cool if it was like, "Toonami Asia Super dub to be streaming on Daisuki" or something like that. I'm glad LA VAs are in this, but as it is, Japanese as the show is, we're just getting that version plus the continuation of the established dub. Which is good for fans of that, to be sure, but (& I know it's a niche, but) it'd be nice to finally get an LA dub. It's so surreal that this even exists, & a wider release would be seriously appreciated by some folks.

As it is, it struck me like a ton of bricks that this wasn't just "English VAs living in Japan" like Odex or Animax or such. & I know I don't deserve it, but as much as Bang Zoom dubs everything...they still do less than FUNi & it's literally a dream come true that DB is getting an LA dub. It would be such a waste if it was released exclusively in Asia (which is likely what it'll be), & I'm at least hoping for maybe an importable DVD/Bluray or such?

Therein lies why there won't be. It's too niche another dub along side's FUNi is gonna get crushed if it's made available legally in USA. Besides not to mention FUNi have the complete license control of Super in USA and Canada. Madman and Manga will likely be given the FUNi dub by Toei too.

As for importing, something tells me that that's not going to happen either is DB or Z available for sale in SEA?
Chances of getting BZ dub legally look pretty slim.

It was before (roughly 15 minutes or so) - you can literally see that their next two tweets are about the FUNimation cast announcement.

I thought this originally but Sabat and Schemmel's response to this tweet came after the dub announcement and clips had been posted. I guess they were just likely fooling around :/. I really wanted a release date announcement soon MEH!!!!
