There's no reason I can think of that a Super Saiyan 2 Blue shouldn't be possible. Despite popular opinion, SS2 has never been shown to have stamina issues, and Trunks actually mastered the form in Toyotaro's manga, so why not?

As much as I hate the idea of any new forms being introduced, yes there probably will be. The longer they milk the franchise the more SS forms there will be. I guarantee it.

Not only from a merchandizing perspective, but from a logical one as well. If you can change and adapt with all the other forms of SS and branch off why can't the same be done with Blue.

I would like no more forms any time soon.. at least for Goku and Vegeta..
A new form is needed for Gohan though, really needed if they try to make him relevant again..
I would personally like to see rosé returning, even though it was Zamasu specific form..
I am not really digging these one time forms anymore..

Anything really? Like a Djin Equip like Magi or even a demon transformation like in Yu Yu Hakusho. Almost anything will do.

You know that is actually an simple and excellent idea!
At this point I suppose we can all agree hair color change has become a bit... too much..
Super is a totally new series, its his own thing, so why not introduce new plot points which are not transformations of color change and is not another level of "super Saiyan to achieve"

This will end up helping everyone in the cast to grow stronger and be useful, krillin could turn out to be a natural born master of this "new way" and gets to the top for a short amount of time..

I understand this is precisely what God ki was supposed to do, but this ended up making the gap even bigger by making it another Saiyan only thing

He said that the concept for SSB originally had white hair, but that it would have conflicted cosmetically with the villain at the time. Anything beyond that is speculation.

There's every chance there could be. I didn't think Super Saiyan 4 could be a thing a kid but... it happened. There's nothing to say there isn't a form beyond Super Saiyan Blue, but I pray it's just not another re-colour. At least Super Saiyan Blue and Super Saiyan Rose make sense given the context of how they were created, so they get a pass. But I will blow my brains out if we get shit like Super Saiyan Purple or Super Saiyan Grey.

Nope, I don't want a Super Saiyan Blue 2. ... If ANYTHING I would want a Super Saiyan Green. What I think would progress the story is if Gohan became a Super Saiyan Demigod like Future Trunks did last arc.

What I truly would want is a big change of pace. Hear me out:

Zen'o's bodyguards and the higher ups get wind that the beings from Universe 7 have been tampering with the order of the multiverse. He notices that Beerus killed a Kai from Universe 10. Goku and Vegeta have gone back and forth to different timelines numerous times, breaking the laws of time travel. Goku and Vegeta are also clad in God Ki, since they are mortals they should not have that level of power.

Beerus, Goku and Vegeta are condemned. They are stripped of their power, and all three are approximately around Base Goku when he confronts Frieza on Namek (no transformations). This would be an unexpected change of events, allow for more help from the Z-Fighters, and cause for some comedic scenes where Beerus blames Goku and Vegeta for this. Whis, who never lost any power, remains as a mediator in all of this. This would cause a dilemma for everyone -- do they disobey the orders of the higher ups and use the Super Dragon Balls to enhance their power, or do they attempt to retrain. The Omni-tournament would look that much tougher.

This would transition the arcs better, allow for some iota of powerscaling, and create more character interactions and Z-Fighter assistance.
