Does Porunga or the Super Dragon have Shadow Dragons too
As shown in GT, excessive use of the Dragon Balls creates 7 evil dragons, but would excessive use of Nameks or the Super Dragon Balls have the same effect?

There is no evidence to suggest this right now. And given GT's unique situation and how it fits into the "canon"(cringe). I doubt this concept will ever be used outside maybe the video games. But logic would suggest that all Dragon Balls would have the potential to create evil dragons as well. Imagine them if they were born from the Super Dragon Balls! Yikes!

I figure the Namekian and Super Dragonballs are not used frequently enough for negative energy to build up in them that much like what happened to Earth's set in GT. That was the whole point of the Shadow Dragons -- they only happen when a set of Dragonballs get used too often and there's not enough time for that excess negative energy to be neutralized between uses so it just piles up until bad stuff happens.
The Namekians are generally pretty good about not abusing their set (the time we first see them activated was probably the first time they've been used in at least decades, if not centuries) and they have security measures in place so only someone who speaks their language could have any chance of using them without permission. The Super Dragonballs are so well hidden and spread-out that probably only the higher gods and a rare few other individuals even know they exist, so they probably get used even more rarely. Heck, with the Super Dragonballs being the "perfect" set (vs. the lesser sets being either fragments of the originals or imitations made through Namekian magic), it's possible that Super Dragonballs don't even accumulate negative energy the way the lesser sets do. Maybe the Namekian set doesn't have that side-effect either, what with them apparently being "shaved off" from the Super Dragonballs rather than being created from nothing.
