How strong would an Evil Incarnate like King Piccolo, Gray Buu, and Janemba be if one was born from the evil of Vegeta?

How strong would an Evil Incarnate like King Piccolo, Gray Buu, and Janemba be if one was born from the evil of Vegeta?
Like if it was similar to what had happened to Innocent Buu, Vegeta had his good and bad sides separated when Babidi tried to possess him?

Wow, that's an interesting question.
It's consistent that dividing into two beings at least splits power between the individuals. I would guess power gets divided based on how much good and evil is present. For example, Piccolo was initially much weaker than Kami, because the nameless Namekian was mostly a good person, he just had his heart infected by the evil of man deep inside. Majin Boo on the other hand was mostly evil, he was only good because of the Grand Kaioshin's influence. So more power went to the evil half because more of the original being went to the evil half, while with the nameless Namek, most of the original being stayed with the good side.
With Vegeta, the story treats him like he no longer has any evil left at all, so according to Toriyama and Toei it wouldn't even be possible for him to split like this. I'd like to think it's still on the cards though, it just depends entirely on when the split happens.
Anything before training with Trunks would result in a nearly powerless good half since Vegeta was basically pure evil up to that point already. At the end of the Cell Games, good was beginning to infect his heart, I imagine the ratio would be similar to Kami and Piccolo but reversed. By the Boo arc, he was fully split and his good and evil were in a full-on struggle for dominance, that culminated with his midlife crisis and ultimately choosing his family. So before the Majin Vegeta thing, a good/evil split would result in Vegeta losing half his strength. During his sacrifice, ironically despite being a Majin or "demon person" at the time, his evil was at the lowest it's ever been. Probably similar to Kami and Piccolo again, but this time with good dominant. Then after another number of years, after accepting Kakarotto's superiority, and accepting Earth as his home, his evil continued to fade until the point where it's at now; virtually nonexistent.
