Characteristics: A technique where they birth an egg from their own mouth, increasing their offspring. It's the special characteristic of the Dragon Clan, who as Namekians are not divided into male or female. Piccolo Daimao birthed Demon Clan members who he used as his underlings, as well as a duplicate of himself engraved with his own memories, who could be called his child. The Eldest of Planet Namek birthed over 100 children in his lifetime. When birthing eggs, Piccolo Daimao chanted "Pokopen, pokopen, daare ga tsutsuita..."

King Piccolo's demon-spawning was a corrupted version of normal Namekian egg-laying, but he was able to produce a true offspring in Piccolo Jr, too. When he did, he created him as a Warrior-type instead of another Dragon-type like himself. Hence Piccolo can't make his own kids, and can't do other Dragon-type things like create Dragon Balls, but he's hella powerful to make up for it.
