1) When Little Goku (GT) is at Super Saiyan 4, does he really age to become an adult?

2) Also, regarding SSJ4, would it be attractive to women?

I think the adult thing is just the form breaking the wish although it might not be out of the realm of possibility the form forcibly brings you to something resembling your physical apex for the sake of using it well. I wouldn't be surprised if this little conundrum, along with needing actual effort put in, is what's keeping say Beat from getting it in Heroes.

Would it be attractive to women? Sure, why not. There's plenty of weirder shit people find attractive.

I thought ss4 broke the wish with its power..
If not then it could be a Saiyan gets the body of his prime in ss4..
You could become a old Saiyan and ss4 makes you get prime body again for fighting..

Do women find guys with lots of chest hair attractive? That too it being in v cut with red die..
I would assume a normal girl wouldn't like it, but I have seen people like some weird shit man yes foot fetish people, I talk about you so its not really far fetched they like that too

the guidebook says that SSJ4 bring your potential to the limit (or something like that) like SSJ3 so ideally, they would also get the ideal body for combat

I'm pretty sure that the wish is only as powerful as the Dragonballs which created it. I also thought the form was so powerful it literally broke the wish when activated.

SS4 probably condenses the Ozaru form into a new body it considers the best for each individual Saiyan to fight with.

I mean, It's not just Goku that changes size. I feel like I have to point this out every single time the subject comes up, but Vegeta changes by like a foot too...

For #1... as has been pointed out, Vegeta gets taller when he goes SSj4 too, so it's not just an age-up involved. I think the theory that SSJ4 transforms you into a body that's at your physical peak sounds pretty reasonable -- I guess a feeble old man who had learned how to go SSj4 in his younger years would get younger upon transforming but then revert to his usual elderly state afterward, like Goku's situation but in reverse. It having an Oozaru element probably has something to do with it, too -- Oozaru forms seem to be about equally huge regardless of the size of the Saiyan transforming, so a "Super Oozaru" form that compresses Oozaru power into a humanoid size could be the same deal.

For #2... nothing just universally "is attractive," whether you're talking about men or women or robots or aliens or whatever. Attractiveness is a subjective thing. Preferences are vastly different from one person to the next, no matter how much the BS you see in advertising and movies tries to convince you otherwise. It would depend very heavily on who's looking. I figure someone who finds Goku/Vegeta attractive in the first place would be much more likely to find their SSj4 forms attractive as well, but again, it depends on the person.
