Is it any of the Super Saiyan forms?

Well technically there's no comparison as the species are fundamentally different from one another and their transformations stem from their unique racial traits. But if we are really stretching it, well its in the name.....Super Saiyan.
The only beings with transformation that could be considered "equivalent" are the Herajin, who's super form that Bojack displays. It has many similarities with Super Saiyan.
