How is the Ox King so gigantic?

How is the Ox King so gigantic?

I think the Ox King is probably the largest non-monster character in the whole series. He's at least 3 times the size of even the Z Fighters and weighs a ton. How is that humanly possible?

In DB's world, there's just some humans who grow a lot. Bacterian, for example, was also huge (apparently 6'11" (210cm)). I also remember a soldier that Piccolo Daimao killed when he attacked the King's palace that was the same height as him.

Why they grow a lot more than real humans? It's probably just the subtle differences in how genetics and physics work within the DB world.

That being said, the tallest real known human to have ever lived measured at 8 ft 11.1 in (2.72 m), which is very tall.

Ox King's size is inconsistent too. In some episodes he's literally drawn like a giant, but in other episodes he's only around 6-7 feet tall and a little bigger than everyone else.
