The (New) Fighters of the Universe Survival Arc Discussion Thread

There haven't been as many topics about this subject since there were way more gods revealed in the teaser than fighters. Still, I'm creating this thread for discussing them anyway, in hopes that there won't be a metaphorical avalanche of them when the characters start to be revealed.

While the topic is intended to be geared towards the new fighters, feel free to discuss Universe 6 & 7's established team members as well.

And please keep discussion of the newly revealed gods in the appropriate topic.

Based on the preview, the two fighters I'm excited for is the pink blob fighting Vegeta and the Wolf Man fighting Goku. I really hope they push them to Blue though. I don't want a repeat of that dull U6 tournament.

I liked the design of the wolf fighting Goku but not the one that is fighting Vegeta, also I'm happy that all fighters of U6 will be back with even that girl turning into a huge SSJ being a huge reference to Broly.

Ignoring the Girl-Broly, the other ones don't jump the eye. They kinda fit the fodder role I'm guessing many of them will have. Isn't the one Vegeta's fighting similar to a character that appeared in GT?

I hope we get six or seven of these being properly developed. Oh and a wild animal/beast. I want to see this type of fight in Dragon Ball.

The one who's covered up next to the Clown group seems like he'll play a big role.

Something tells me the Universe with the clown will play a big role, and i'm real excited for the fighter with the cloak. Think he'll be one of the main enemies.

His Future self was dead due to the connection with Gowasu, his present self was probably attending a funeral or something.

Honestly Batman Kaioshin (Batkai?) was the one that gave me the biggest smile. Everyone else...points for variety, but no one I care to practice drawing or anything.

Regarding female!Brolli; I'm more interested in what kinds of gags she could potentially be bringing with her than the fact that she's a she or the possible fact that she's Uni 6 Brolli. A female Gokû would've excited me. Female Brolli is still Brolli and Brolli is still boring. ^^;

I think she will, at least in her normal state, but I also kinda get the feeling that she'll become a raging berserker type character in her LSS form.

Anything's possible (as evidenced by female Brolli herself) but my hopes for this tournament and its contenders is still pretty low. (I do like Batman-Kaioshin though).

Aside from the female sayain with the LSSJ transformation well also got a glimpse at at two other unknown fighters of the tournament,

A female humanoid shown fighting Vegeta[spoiler][/spoiler]

And a wolf-like humanoid fighting Goku [spoiler][/spoiler]

Looks like they are weakling that are fighting Goku and Vegeta when they should be fighting someone else on the team. I could be wrong, but if they keep doing that too weak for goku and vegeta, but too strong for the others thing. I'm going to get pissed.

Someone Vegeta has to go SSJ/SSJ2 for is ain't no weakling, remember the x50/x100 multiplier for base form. They're probably the strongest two of the first rival universe.
