Will Krillin survive the tournament?
Krillin has a tendency to get killed in the midst of a big tournament or fight. He might as well rename himself Krillin McCormick.
But do you think he will make it through the tournament all right, or will someone cut him down (either in the ring or out of it)?

Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
He actually rocks the tournament this time..
Getting killed while the likes of gohan, buu and goku are around isn't something that should happen..
This is a team tournament there should be more powerful people in his team, no reason for him to sacrifice himself

Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
He doesn't really have a tendency to die in the midst of a tournament though. He's also only died once during the midst of a big fight. Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta all have died 3 times like Kuririn too. I don't see Kuririn sacrificing himself or anything. Characters will probably come close to death, but as far as Kuririn's chances? I'd say it's a bit too early to make that judgment.DragonBallFoodie wrote:Krillin has a tendency to get killed in the midst of a big tournament or fight. Obviously you don't like the character. Why should he be considered Krillin McCormick when there are others who died as many times as him? Oh and judging by his recent episode and the fact that he was actually shown in the trailer (No Tien or other fighters except Goku/Vegeta) has me optimistic he will pull some interesting stuff!
Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
Goku and Vegeta only have two deaths. If you counting the time Whis reset time, or Goku revived himself against Hit, those weren't real permanent deaths. The latter not even a death.TheMathemagician wrote:He doesn't really have a tendency to die in the midst of a tournament though. He's also only died once during the midst of a big fight. I hope Krillin ends up being the last surviving contestant (and ultimate victor) of U7.

I am glad if he survives registration.

True, but those are still deaths. Of course even if you don't want to count them, Piccolo has racked up as many deaths as Kuririn.precita wrote:Goku and Vegeta only have two deaths. Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
I feel like all of Team Universe 7 will make it out alive. (EoZ and all that.) It's Universe 6's fate that I'm worried about. (And partly Uni 10's Gowasu; because he's a likeable old guy and it'd be awful to see his entire universe bite the dust right after he's recovered from the entire Zamasu incident).
Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
Piccolo is 1000x more likely to die than Krillin and that's a promise. Krillin, like Gohan, has a family to protect and live for. I think he will put up an excellent showing this tourny,

It is Toei who do this family protection stuff not Toriyama so don't expect any of that in the tournament.Beyond wrote:Piccolo is 1000x more likely to die than Krillin and that's a promise. It doesn't make him any stronger than Piccolo though lolBeyond wrote:Krillin, like Gohan, has a family to protect and live for.
I also think he will do good, but probably get out quick, he will probably win the first fight then ggwp lol
Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
I hope everyone but Krillin dies during this tournament just to put an end to this meme.

Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
I'm pretty certain he'll survive. I mean, it's not like he's gonna get killed off permanently in Super. He'll lose cleanly in a (hopefully) hard fought, then the next match will happen.
Spoiler:
Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
Piccolo has Gohan to protect and live for so that increases his chance of both living and dying about 10 times.Beyond wrote:Piccolo is 1000x more likely to die than Krillin and that's a promise. I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Been watching too much TFS lately?DragonBallFoodie wrote:Krillin has a tendency to get killed in the midst of a big tournament or fight. He might as well rename himself Krillin McCormick.

Krillin hasn't died more times than any other character has. I don't consider it to be any sort of tendency.

Re: Will Krillin survive the tournament?
I think a better question would be: when Kuririn will get Potential Unleashed and/or Kaio-Ken in order to get a better performance in battles, thus increasing his chances in battle?
The way he is now, even with the "best training", he'll certainly die or will be K.O. in a way that no one will enjoy; the characters, his family, his fans, his fanboys, his haters and the mainstreams. And brace yourselves for one more decade of memes and (un)funny jokes about it if he really dies.

1) Tambourine
2) Frieza
3) Super Buu
Also, because of EoZ, we know the results already.

Kaioken would be cool, but other characters would probably have been given the technique already if they had any intention to give them the move.Grimlock wrote:I think a better question would be: when Kuririn will get Potential Unleashed and/or Kaio-Ken in order to get a better performance in battles, thus increasing his chances in battle?
