Why is FUNimation's Chozetsu Dynamic cut up so much?

I'm (finally) watching Super and I've noticed that they cut a section out of "Chozetsu Dynamic" and move all the animation sequences around in the dub. Why is this happening?

Wouldn't happen if it got a 35 or 40 minute time slot.

Yeah, because that's exactly what a 23-25 minute show needs.

Only the 8:30 pm version has a cut up opening, the 11:30 pm version has the full opening.
