I initially thought you might share a clip from the 2013 theatrical film Battle of Gods and then its re-telling in the 2015 television series Dragon Ball Super, but that's not the case here.
What you're sharing are simply two different scenes from two different episodes of Dragon Ball Super. They're not different versions of the same thing, they're just two entirely different scenes. In the former, Videl is revealing to everyone that she's pregnant during the confrontation with Beerus (episode 9). In the second, Gohan is, after the battle is over, just more formally announcing to his dad that he's going to have a child (episode 14).
