"Sparking! NEO" Domestic Release - JP Voices?

"Sparking! NEO" Domestic Release - JP Voices?

I have a question i was wondering does anybody have some info or opinion. Since Super Dragonball Z does not have the Japanese voices selectable like DBZ budokai tenkaichi, do anybody think part two will still have this extra? I was thinking atari/funimation has to pay for the voices to transfer just did not want to do that. It would be kinda odd if part two did not have the voices.
