What was the best arc for ending that does right with Goku

I mean, what arc would make Goku look the best if it had ended dragon Ball.

I personally think Freeza.

Goku was an asshole in the cell saga and he was a liar in the bus saga

I think he was at his best in the Buu arc.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Freeza was the climax of his character development. Cell was the falling action.

Boo was just lunacy for shits and giggles.

To me GT will always be the true ending to the story of Goku. Everything before that was also great. But GT did Goku's character the most justice.
