I want to get a few CD's online. I want to get the DragonBall: Complete Song Collection reissue and a CD from my Favorite J-Pop artist T.M.Revolution. I want to get them from Amazon.co.jp but I'm not sure on something. I've heard they ship to the US but would I have to pay with Yen? Or can I just pay with standard US currency? I hope it's acceptable to ask this here.

Well, I suppose you'd be paying with a credit card in which case the currency would be converted automatically.

Well I wouldn't be paying. My mom would be using her debit card so I guess that's almost the same as using a credit card.

Yeah, you don't have to worry. I've done it before, and my card is debit.

I definitely agree with you. Now I know my topic is old but I don't want to make another topic. I have to ask something. Do I have to sign up all over again for Amazon.co.jp? I'm afraid something will go wrong since I'm signing up now but I translated some of the dialogue and it said "Full size Katakana, there is no space." I can't type in Katakana! Will English be fine? I can normally figure this sort of thing out no problem but I don't want to make a mistake.

Edit: Can someone tell what this means? フリガナ

BabelFish won't translate it. I just need to know that and then I can try to sign up.

Furigana, just so you know (unless you already knew), is the little text above/to the side of Kanji, and it's there to show you how to pronounce that Kanji.

Would posting in my topic that's a month old be counted as Necro-posting? Ah well. My order won't go through. They said to pick another payment method. I guess that means a Debit Card won't work and I really don't think my mom can pay any other way. Ah well.

I really need help. I tried again but the order won't go through. It's weird. They seem to only accept the last 8 numbers of the debit card. Atleast, that's what it seems to me. They sent me an E-Mail saying that my mom's card wasn't certified by the credit card company. What the hell am I doing wrong? Somebody help, I'm desperate.
