Are you talking about the sweet, calm piece with the synthesized "chorus"? Most BGM doesn't have a specific name, as the tracks on the CDs are compiled suites of anywhere from two to fifteen pieces.

I would assume that's the piece he's refering to.

The song is a part of a 4:44 long song of the first major BGM compilation, 5-disc set. It's on the fifth disc and titled after the seventh movie, Kyokugen Battoru!! San Dai Suupa Saiya-jin (極限バトル！！三大超サイヤ人).
