my idea of dragonball/dragonball z rpg game

I have always wanted this to happen, but it most likely never will. A dragonball z rpg that starts right from the beginning of dragonball and works its way through to the buu saga. It would be with a final fantasy seven setup, while you battle turned based, which I still like. The more experience you earn, your power level goes up and you learn a new technique. Can you imagine Launches limit break lol? An over head view of the whole world to explore, including all cities and small towns. The skies the limit with this idea. I am really suprised it has not been done yet, but I guess I can dream. I can't wait to here any responses to it! Sorry if anyone has posted an idea similiar to this one, but I just could not help myself.
