Does Xenoverse 2 on Switch include Xenoverse 1?

Just wondering because I sold my PS4 version and am interested in re-purchasing it for Switch because I hear it comes with the first game. However, I don't know if it comes with the extra DLC packs and characters.

It has DLC for the story missions but you're still playing as your XV2 time patroller

Xenoverse 1 Story Mode was free at launch but now, the only way to get XV1 for XV2 on the Switch is by buying the DLC (Season Pass). I liked it but played moreso just to get more hours out of the game.

I'm pretty much done with the Xenoverse series, XV2 is more than enough for me (repetitive but semi-entertaining).
