I have never seen the original Japanese episodes of the anime where Goku and Captain Ginyu switch bodies in the Namek saga nor am I very certain about the kanji in the manga. In the original manga as well as the original anime does Ginyu retain his voice while in Goku's body? I was curious about this. Also does it state this in the manga?
I know "reality" doesen't make much of a difference in Dragonball (i.e. talking animals, flying people, Dragonballs, etc, etc,

) however if you think about it Ginyu and Goku would not have "exchanged" voices along with their bodies as your vocal chords, tougue and teeth all contribute to how your voice sounds. I geuss the swapping of voices was a artistic license to show who is who. Well the more you know!

Upon swapping bodies, Ginyu's voice was kept in the anime. How Kuririn and the others couldn't tell Bulma had a body swap until Frog-Bulma came along is beyond my understanding.
As for the manga, I'm not sure since I don't have the manga handy. But I do know the whole calling Freeza by the name "Freeza-sama" was one of the things that hinted that wasn't Goku. More specifically, the way he spoke. Considering Goku speaks somewhat improperly in the original, most people could tell if it was Goku or not.

This is one thing I loved Sparking! for, they made it a point that Masako Nazowa voiced Ginyu-in-Goku, which I thought was a very nice and modern alteration. I mean heck, watch any live-action drama/thriller show on the WB or whatever, if anyone switches bodies, they use the voice of the person they're in possession of. Doing that gives the actor/VA a good opportunity to stretch his or her acting range and allows a more believable approach that the character can fool people, IMO. And heck, getting to hear Masako Nazowa do an evil Goku, it's pretty rare.

So in the original anime Ginyu talked with Goku's voice?

If so that sounds wicked... Masako Nozawa doing an evil Goku sounds creepy...

The manga never really made anything noted about his voice, if I do remember

To be fair I imagine after the three month trip, they just stopped listening to her.

The trip was only one month.
But heck, 3
days with Bulma would be enough...

I'unno. Given the sorts of things she was wearing during the trip-- or
wasn't wearing sometimes-- I think I could manage the entire month.
Oh, don't even. You aren't any better than me. We're men. Like any of you would
not want to run around the spaceship with Bulma in that skimpy outfit. YOU know the one I mean.
(This is bad. I needs my girlfriend to come home.)

Regarding Ginyu, was Dale Kelly fired? Is that why Kyle Herbert took over as narrator and Bryce Armstrong as Ginyu?

While Chi-chi may be considered the hottest, it was Bulma that we saw in outfits like this:

That just means she's a whore. ChiChi's hotter because she doesn't put it all out on display.

Ok so the questions have been answered.... any chance we can dredge up a clip of the original Japanese episodes featuring Ginyu-Goku?

Oh, man. Don't be posting stuff like that here!!! Or else we might have angry soccer moms boycotting us, 'cause their 12 year old sons were poppin' a boner by seeing that picture.
Anyways, back on topic, has anyone been successful finding that YouTube video clip?

There are no soccer moms here I can assure you. Me and my dudes have eliminated them in a set of elaborate assasination operations. Besides that, when has a 12 year old or any male for that matter thought of any Bulma from DBZ era onward to be hot? Even in that pic she still is her beastly self.
Can't you tell I like her?
