Some questions and discussions about Chouzenshuu 4

So it was only a couple days ago I was made aware of Chouzenshuu 4, with its updated DB encyclopedia from Daizenshuu 7. And speaking as someone who loved D7, I'm naturally eager to learn as much about C4 as possible. Problem is, I... can't find much information in English. The wonderful DeviantArt user el-drago800 seems to have translated at least some of the attack, item, and geography sections, but nothing from the character guide... which is, of course, the section I'm most interested in. I understand it rectifies some of the more notable errors from D7, including the omissions of General White and East and West Kai, and even has GT and Nekomajin characters! So what I'm wondering is, is there any resource I can use to find out about the new stuff in the character guide? I'm not saying, like translate it on the spot or anything, but even just a list of new additions would delight me!
