Voice Actor of Android 13 and Dr. Myuu has died

I have just found out that Kazuyuki Sogabe the Voice Actor of Android 13 and Dr. Myuu died on September 17th from esophageal cancer. He will be missed.

First the original Muten Roshi, then Tenshinhan, a now #13.

We're losing too many voice actors. It's like Mike said on the podcast once, some of them are really getting up there.

Masako Nozawa is a mere 22 days away from being 70 today. (Her bithday is on the 25th of October). I really don't know what I'll do if something were to happen to her.

R.I.P This sucks..it really is unfortunate that the original voice actors are getting quite old.

It happens though, but to them it was probably just a job.

They have did what they were paid for and at least they finished what they started.

Another voice actor dies. This a very sad news indeed. I loved Kazuyuki Sogabe's Android # 13's performance hell of a lot better than Phillip Wilburn's "tough-talking redneck" one, in movie #7.

As far as Masako Nozawa goes, call me supersticious if you will......but I don't feel too comfortable when a death of a person who's still alive and doing well, is being discussed.

Wow, first Hirotaki Suzuoki passed on not too long ago, and now this. May he rest in peace, and his roles remembered for years to come.

EDIT, just looked at the animenewsnetwork link, like Suzuoki, this guy was in first Gundam. It's kinda neat to see those sort of cross-connections. He was also Kunzite in Sailor Moon.

Seriously though, this is very sad news. I loved his #13 performance, and I love Toma. He also played South Kaioshin. It makes me worry about all the other seiyuu, especially [you know who I'm talking about].
