Did the "Dragon Books" in the Japanese box sets specify arc divisions?

Just curious: The Dragon Boxes gave specific breakdowns for when a particular arc begins and ends, so I was wondering if the Kai box sets did the same.
To a strong man, the end justifies the means. To a stronger man, the means justify the end.
