Frieza voted second greatest anime villain

The list I feel is rather awkward, but still Frieza is second place.
"Don't take pleasure in destruction!" / "I will not let you destroy my world!"
A true hero goes beyond not the limits of power, but the limits that divide countries and people.

He was voted second most powerful, not second greatest. Which, of course, still makes the list clunky

This is just another listicle on a generic pop culture/media website. There is nothing particularly noteworthy about its rankings.

Not to mention the list is ridiculously out of order if they're taking about power as in 'who would win in a fight'.
Cool stuff that I upload here because Youtube will copyright claim it: https://vimeo.com/user60967147
