Post God Goku and Vegeta (Manga)

By this point of the series, how strong are Goku and Vegeta without their God forms? There are implications both implying they could potentially solo Z, and implying they aren't far above their Pre God selves.

So, how strong you think they are and why?

Stronger than their pre-god selves by an unknown amount but I don't think they could solo z in their base forms or even golden forms.
For example I think that goku would have to use ss god to defeat ssj vegetto (buu arc) in a hypothetical fight. It would be quick and easy but he'd still have to transform to that level.

Pretty ambiguous how strong Base Goku and Vegeta are in the manga. In the anime they pretty much dwarf everything from Z outside of maybe Vegetto.

In their base forms only without any god ki, I think Goku and Vegeta can solo Kid Buu and even Super Buu. They wouldn't be stronger than Vegetto or Buuhan though. I'm only talking about the manga by the way. I don't believe that their bases got magically stronger after absorbing SSG. The addition of SSG allowed them to utilize god ki and that is all. Their base without god ki would be treated as if they never had SSG.
