One Piece : A Pirate Duel

Music : Panic At the Disco! I Write Sins Not Tradigies

Footage : One Piece Davy Back Fight DVD vol. 8 Foxy vs. Luffy

Description:

WARNING CONTAINS SPOILERS OF THE DAVY BACK ARC!
Spoiler wrote:Luffy(afro guy) has the ability to stretch his arms thanks to a fruit called Gomu Gomu Fruit.

Foxy(red nose guy) has the ability to slow down movement for 30 seconds thanks to the Noro Noro fruit.

They are fighting because they are playing a game called Davy Back Fight. Its a game where pirates plays a series of games whoever wins each game gets one crew member from the losing team. In this case it was 6 games so far Foxy has 2 of Luffy's crew members. Does that mean Luffy will lose one friend no matter what? No because they made a deal so if Luffy crew loses agian Foxy gets all the members but if Foxy loses they get back Chopper and Robin. This video is an AMV of the final battle.

Umm...

Just for the record, this is a DragonBall message board, and I'm pretty certain that AMVs that have nothing to do with the series are irrelevant posts. I mean if it were crossing One Piece with DragonBall, I guess that'd be cool, but this has nothing to do with DB/Z/GT. If Mike removed Magica's Steve Irwin link, I'm pretty sure he'll remove this one as well (and he once told me I couldn't post a Star Wars Clone Wars AMV, so do the math). My simple guess is...this thread will be deleted.

Thankyou very much for the warning!

I cannot watch this now, because I am currently watching the show, and I am only up to the post-Arabasta arc. But once I catch up I will certianly watch it. 8)

I beg to differ. I think that the AMV board is the one section where non-Dragonball topics won't be deleted. Many other users (including EX himself) have posted non-Dragonball videos and were fine.
There is no better combination in the world than Dragonball, Cherry Pepsi, and Cheez-Its. It's a proven fact.

No offense, but I'm only on the Skypeia arc so I'm not going to watch this just yet.

And I'm pretty sure this is for general AMVs, not just DB related

Ok cool just so you know the arc after Skypiea is all filler.

Skypeia is pretty damn long, I'm on 160, so I got a ways to go.

We may be going off topic here, but I'll risk it for a chance to talk about One Piece.

I am currently in the middle of the short filler sagas between the end of arabsta, and the beginning of Skypia. So I've still got a bit to go before I can watch this as well.

Man, I stopped even trying to put up with the U.S. dub of One Piece. I'm not even sure where it is right now, story-wise (they've skipped and mauled so much, who can tell?) But writing that paper recently has inspired me to start watching again, so I'm considering starting to watch it on "You-know-where-Tube." I've been reading OP in Shonen Jump USA, though, which is currently on Little Garden. So maybe I'll pick the anime up at right after that story...

I can proudly say I've never seen a full episode of the 4kids dub, and I never plan to!

I watch the episodes on my computer. (I am not proud of where I got them from though  ) But It's still better than the dub.

I'm all caught up in One Piece in both the manga & anime. I also collect Viz's volumes of One Piece as well. Just gotta say, up to the point I'm in, all you guys in the Skypiea arc will be really shocked as to how the story develops, specifically, Luffy's backround. Other than that, really nice video.

Yes, that gave a double WTF look on my face. So far, I'm really liking the direction Oda's taking with the story.

EDIT: Ooh!! Chapter 433 is out! :D

You can just call me "Sebastian". Been meaning to ask VegettoEX to take off the "(SB)" for a while now. Just too lazy to get around it.

Sorry if this is a bit of a necro-post, but I've finally caught up to the Davy Back Fight arc, so I was able to see your video.

Very well done man, Good job. 8)
