Threads you've ALMOST created?

I came up with the idea for this just today. What are some interesting threads or discussions you've almost started, only to decide you'd better not, and discard it?

I, for one, almost started a Goku vs Superman topic a couple weeks ago. But I decided I'd better not. It came up in another thread soon thereafter anyway.

Also, I more recently thought up some corny "Your idea for Daizenshuu EX: The Video Game" topic, but I don't think there's an appropriate place to put it. There's the Randomness Forum, but I don't think it'd get much attention. I may still make that one, though.

So what topics, discouraged, taboo, or just plain weird have you almost made in the past?

Well, I once had the idea to post up a little rpg thing, but something tells me Mr. LaBrie would not look to kindly on that sort of thing.

Though I can't see why now, I remember wanting really badly to discuss Cartman's obsession with the Wii in Go, God, Go!!

But, we all know how/why that story ends. (Where's the tie-in to DragonBall?) And I guess the truth is that I never even came close to actually posting such a thread; it just wouldn't make any sense. But still, something about being on this forum makes you wish the rest of your human interaction could be this intelligent . . .

I was going to make a DragonBall Unknowns Vol.2... but I needed some good "material". Most of the questions I was going to ask were silly anyway. I also wanted to push for some kind of random thread, seeing how people are either too lazy or unaware of the random board. Finally, I wanted to make another introduction thread for myself.

I remember wanting to do that. The introduction thread is the first thread you ever make, and after some 300 posts or so you look back at it to see how far you've come and say, "Gee, this looks horrible . . ."

Well, in the spirit of keeping things going:

It's not a thread I almost posted-- it's one I did post, which is much worse. I don't know what I was thinking at the time, and it surprised me that Mike never decided to lock the thing. We must ask why.

Were you looking for an answer? It's in how everyone reacts to him. And actually, it's not much of an answer at all. How I wish I could credit drugs or alcohol to this strange phenomena of a thread, but there's just me.

Hey guys, I am this close to making a new thread in the [edit]dragonball questions[/edit] area but this thread is giving me second thoughts. I was going to make a thread about characters you would do without titled: characters you would do without. You think that is a decent enough thread. And for the record, I'm sorry for asking this in Kaboom's thread. This might turn into a semi-coming attraction page.

Sorry for the bump, I just thought making a thread just for the following post would be worse ^^;; : Question to those who have been here longer than me or actually know the answer: Does the Daizex Forum ever have some sort of annual post/thread of the year thing going on?

I remember seeing one of those in a forum I used to go to (the name I cannot say

) And it was a fun, end of the year sort of thing. Also, was there any specific reason that 86 members were on July 20, 2006 at 1:39 am?! I wonder if I was there as a guest..
