Does Gohan have healing powers like Future Trunks?

In chapter 24 of the Dragon Ball Super Manga, it was stated that Future Trunks has healing powers because he had apprenticed to the Lord of Lords and underwent the ritual when he dances around him for an entire day.

Is this the same thing that happened to Gohan in the Buu Saga or is it a different one?

Does/Should Gohan have the power to restore or not?

No, I don't think he does. The ritual done on Gohan is most likely similar to the one done on Trunks, but different enough (it was the old Kai rather than the Supreme Kai, for one). It's also suggested that Trunks gives up his healing powers when he retires as apprentice Supreme Kai, and following that, since Gohan was never considered a Supreme Kai apprentice, he also wouldn't have them.

The difference I think is that Future Shin had already lost Kibito, so he had to give that job (temp job) to Trunks. While our Shin still had Kibito and Gohan just went there to train.

Agree with what the others said. Kibito was still alive when Gohan returned with Shin to the Kaioshin world. Gohan was taken under their wing for training with the Z-Sword but he wasn't a full apprentice like Trunks became.

Gohan never became an apprentice to Shin or Old Kai. While the rituals might have been similar, they were still different-

So no, he never had healing power.
