Although the following link is french, they use the same alphabet as english so you should easily navigate the site. For a COMPLETE manga listing of Toriyama's works (about 3x as much as listed on Toriyamaworld), just click on "Manga" and check out the 00ber list.

I have a halfway working knowledge of French and Japanese (though I've had more classes in French, acursed high school not having Japanese), so its not too bad to navigate, pity its been so long since I've used French I recognize what I should know and fall apart hehe. Still a very nice list of Toriyama's works.
