Dragon Ball Legends on Android not working

If someone is playing Dragon Ball Legends game on Android smartphone, I hope this problem would be answered. A few days ago, I downloaded Dragon Ball Legends on Samsung A 50 smartphone which was rooted some time ago. Everything went fine, except "communication Error" when try to use the Exchange shop. What would be the issue? Is it something related to root access or a game bug? any help would be appreciated.
