This song has always perplexed me, about as much as Detekoi!! Tobikiri ZENKAI Power!!, Tenka'Ichi Gohan and Vegeta-sama no Ouryouri no Jigoku, as one of the STRANGEST songs in the entire Dragonball franchise.
Now myself...my Japanese knowledge isn't particularly strong enough that I'd dare to tackle translating a song this bizzarre, what with all the absurd food puns that my ear picks up. But I've never actually come across lyrics, Romaji nor translated, to this song.
Is anyone else familiar with this song and its sheer absurdity? If so, anyone happen to have or be able to provide a translation of it?

Well coming from someone that has the majority of the Hit Collections and soon to have them all, I can say that yes I'm aware of this little piece and have always been fond of it.^^ As to the lyrics, I wish I could help, but my knowledge of Japanese isn't much better than yours, I can garuantee.^^' I have researched DB music all over the web though, and have never been able to find even a romanized translation of that song. The best I can do is provide the lyrics to you in kanji. I think the best thing to try would be to find someone who has good knowledge of kanji who can attempt a translation for you. TripleRach for example is more than qualified to help in my opinion, so you could ask her. Or if you wanted, I can ask her for you since I chat with her regularly.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."
