If I remember from activating their account, they’re Russian and posting via Google translate. If anyone speaks Russian, a response would be appreciated. Series 4 perhaps? Since Kai is “technically “” the fourth Dragon Ball show?
You can skip Kai because it’s just re-edit of Z. Really after you watch the original Dragon Ball you can either watch Z or Kai and then GT or Super. Or after Z/Kai watch Super and then GT or GT and then Super

I would say skip it you're just watching DBZ proper subbed in Japanese, however in regard the English dub side on the other hand i'd personally recommend going with Kai there because it's dub is actually good and leagues ahead of FUNi's old version which ranged from unwatchably awful at worst to mediocre at best.
