Unknown and Possibly Rare Dragon Ball Z Saiyan Saga VCD

my cousin owns a copy of the first phase of the saiyan arc (Raditz Vs Goku and Piccolo) in VCD,but i don't have a picture of it and he showed it to me 3 years ago (and btw I'm from the philippines and it might be the Creative Productions dub of the saiyan arc).
The packaging is Yellow and the cover shows raditz
And the back cover shows the screenshots of the episodes.
does anyone here owns it? If there's no one here that owns it,i might go to my cousin's house and borrow it from him.
