Gone is the Sayan pride

Once Vegeta was the last Prince of Sayan, his never ending struggle to reach Goku was an interesting characterization.
Now that we found that 99.99999% of Sayans in the various universes practically got no such pride or doesn't care a bit of Vegeta supposed ruleship, the competition has gone. The "madness" of his raging pride was debunked.

Vegeta was the only character with any chance to trigger again a narrative indepth. Goku was solved ages ago, the moment of SSJ transformation. Vegeta owned such potential, as his character arc was pending. That's probably the reason, more than others, whyToyo invest many energies on him in the past. It was the only character with some actual narrative potential to explore.

Now that the Sayan Pride got no more sense, and Vegeta wasn't a competitor anymore but a collaborator (you''ll clearly see it the whole Moro arc... he does warn feeble Earthling to fly away from Moro draining, the old Vegeta would simply spit on such stupid ningen that were cheated), I think he will be set apart and no more evolution on his side.

Vegeta arc conclude the moment he does ask to ZFighters to lend energy. It started with him being an overthrown prince, a man without any country, burdened with the heavy weight of Sayan inheritance that lead him to endless competitions and struggles, to finally find a way to release such weight and find his own personal role as individual. By learning different techniques he state a different path for himself.
He solved the inheritance of his past, and that solve his narrative arc once and forever.

... not speaking Goku training Uub will move him out of focus (and viceversa - having Vegeta out of focus allow Goku to act individually and spar with Uub).

I don't think I understand the point if this, but: Raditts, Nappa and Paragus, that are the most representative saiyajins, showed pride; not prince pride, but pride. U6's saiyajins (the only other universe) are a totally different society.

Of the old characters? Sure. The rest solved it earlier. Is not that it ended just now tho; it ended in DB, in DBS we just get to see it establish and in action. Zamasu, Broli and Merus's arcs already solved in their respective arcs, but they happened, and there can be new ones.
About Gokū, I think SS just solved what it started at the start of the arc and is not really substantial, at least not more than the effect he has in others each arc.

Vegeta's arc reached the peak in the Buu arc, when he first fights and gives his life for someone else's sake, and later when he admits Goku is better and works with Goku so he can finish Kid Buu both as SSJ3 and during the Spirit Bomb. The Super anime shows the consequences of that character development, like actually taking Trunks to the park like he promised, fighting Black because he killed Future Bulma and tortured Future Trunks, even willing to fuse with Goku (which is why the buildup to it is played for laughs) and in his interactions with the others (being soft with Roshi, chatting with Tenshinhan in that scene, etc.).
Manga Vegeta is in many ways a regression. His reason for fighting Black is just because he wants to pummel someone who looks like Goku, he's so much prouder than he used to and would rather let Black win than fuse, never once fighting for his son, until he has to be reminded he's supposed to be fighting for his family now. In the TOP he renounces Whis and claims he never needed a teacher, only for the next arc to repeat the character progression beat and ask the Yardrat to train him. This asking for everyone's energy seems more like "'homage' to the movies than actual character motivation.
