Paparoni very obviously created stronger androids than 18 and 17.

Dr. Gero created an android that, with some training, defeated Dr. Papparoni's megazord. One RRA android vs like 5 of U3 robots.

That's for the anime, for the manga, Aniraza is much weaker, easily defeated by Kale. Moro arc 17 probably defeats Aniraza without needing a diversion like in the anime. Again, that's one android vs 5 of them.

On a one-on-one, the RRA androids would stomp.

I don't know, he managed to survive Hakaishin Toppo's rampage, I guess he should have an easier time against a weaker opponent, one that he can actually defeat unlike Toppo. His energy barrier worked just fine when he went through Aniraza's beam and we know he can harm him. With the proper strategy, I'd bet on him, yes.

Doubtful. Anilaza needed the full effort of 5 Blue tier opponents to be defeated.
