Audio on the DBZ TV Specials HD Remaster

I'm a hobbyist and freelance Audio Restoration Specialist and I kind of noticed how lacking the audio for the DBZ TV Specials are, so I figured I'd do some EQ. Are they Optical Audio or Master Tape? It sounds quite a bit more HQ, but still grainy and noisy.

Master audio is indeed in the wild and has been cleaned up, simple searches will give you what your looking for.
