I always just felt like it was a generic stance. Maybe because of the Hadou-ken, Sub-Zero's ice blast, and Kamehame-Ha, but for some reason, I grew up thinking that was just a way of firing attacks. So, when I see the stance, it doesn't make me think exclusively of the Kamehame-Ha.
