How do I get Fox's mask?

Post by Lavender Saiyan » Fri Dec 29, 2006 3:42 am

I beat Story Mode 100% in Tenkaichi 2 & still do not have Grandpa Gohan. I have the Z-Item, "Master Roshi's Pupil" but still do not have "Fox's Mask" ir whatever it's supposed to be. How do I get it?

That's a really good question; I was told that you get it after winning the "Destined Rivals" scenario, but I beat it and came back with squat. Grandpa Gohan is the only character I haven't unlocked yet.

Not that I care much by this point...I think I'll just wait for for the Wii re-release.

The only way to get Fox's Mask is to go into the Majin Buu Saga's "Two Majin Buus" when you have to battle Pure Evil Buu with Fat/Mr. Buu. Before the battle, search for the yellow dot where Yamcha's Zeni battle is. Make sure Buu is equipped with the best of the best Z items, because Yamcha in this level is HARD to beat. Survive against him or defeat him, and you get the Fox's Mask. Best of luck, took me 4 or 5 tries. >_>;;

I think I used Mr. Satan for that battle. His Blast 2 (I think it's the Up + Triangle one; the one where he gives you a gift that explodes) isn't that strong, but it's very effective. If the enemy is close enough to you when you use it, it stops him almost guaranteed.

Whether he's just standing there, doing a rush attack, doing a melee attack, starting a super move, whatever; he'll stop and take the gift. I just kept doing that for an easy victory. You could potentially beat him without getting hit even once.

Thanks for the help. When I saw that 228 Level I nearly freaked. But if was acctually easy for me for some reason. I beat it on the first try, only half gthe time elapsed & I beat him.

I beat a level 122 Yamcha with a level 10 Piccolo... how much tougher could this battle be?

(Because of obtaining the game for Christmas and the tribulations of work, I just beat Return of Cooler last night... gimme a freakin' break.)

Try using the other one, where he does a rush and then a combo. If you time it right the opponent will never get an attack in. His special gift one has the flaw that they have to come to you and you can't block Ki attacks. I defeated a level three Cell at the cell game scenario with a level 8 Hercule and a Halo and got a perfect.

Grandpa Gohan is also the only character I am still missing. And it's just impossible to survive against that thing, even with Buu! :?

Same with me. The only time I've ever had a problem with the Yamchu million dollar match was the first time I tried one with just Hercule.

Just got Fox's Mask, easy as 3.14159

Cell Saga, playing as Satan. I fought Yamucha, and beat him, losing minimal health, using a combination of his Blast 1 and Blast 2 attacks.
