Editting a burnt dvd

I burnt a DVD; when I tried to play it on my DVD player, it didn't work. So I check it out on my computer, and there's no AUDIO_TS file.

I want to edit the file so I can make an (empty) AUDIO_TS, (as well as delete the random advertizements my program put on my DVD.) How would I go about doing this? It's read-only; protected by the program. (The program is ARCSOFT, and their tutorial is useless. I'm using dvd+rw, rewritable disks.)
