The first one came to my mind a few years ago when the whole On-Going Dragon Ball Super manga discussion became one huge jungle of posts with no chronological order or direct discussion per chapter - Doesn't it better to split this whole thing into dedicated per-chapter topics?
The second thing that comes to my mind is, with all the dedicated per series topics scattered around, doesn't it better to create sub-forums/sections in the forum dedicated to each series? ("Dragon Ball GT" for all such topics, same with "Dragon Ball Z", and the original show, and not just a sub-section for "Super").
