I wanna start reading the manga. Is it okay to start with Moro?

Sure. If you've already seen the anime, then you got it all covered since the basic plot poins are all the same. If you're only familiarized with the movies, then I think you'll need to check the ToP first. Or at least know Goku and Vegeta got UI and SSJBE, but Goku doesn't know how to use UI.

If you have already seen the Anime, Yes.
The previous Manga arcs are pretty much just shorter and rushed versions of the correspondent Anime arcs, you're not losing anything of value if you've already watched the Anime.

Akira Toriyama, DBS vol.4 joint interview with ToyotaroAt his core Zamasu is good like Shin, though I guess you could say he was so fastidious that it backfired. But you know, for this "Future Trunks Arc" you had to depict Zamasu and Trunks' inner conflict, right? If this was back when I was drawing the manga myself then I doubt if I could have done it. I mean, I'm not very good at depicting the characters' psychology on the page. So this all came together because now I only have to think up the story. [...] On my own, I doubt I would have been able to express Zamasu's fall to the dark side.

You can just start with the Moro arc but honestly the manga is such a quick read and the previous arcs differ a lot from the anime so you may want to start from rhe beginning or you may be confused regarding some callbacks, characterization and form mechanics. But if you don't care for the details and just want to get the main story, then go ahead.
