Question About DBZ Laserdisc Content

I've been starting a collection of the Z Movie Laserdiscs, and there's something that I've noticed.

The Z LD of Movie 01: The Dead Zone that I own came with an insert inside that looks like this

But the other two I own, Movie 04: Lord Slug and Movie 09: Bojack Unbound, didn't come with one.

Did the other Z Movie Laserdiscs, including The Path to Power, come with an insert like this inside when they originally first came out, or was it just Movie 01?
