Is there a good way to make the official instrumental versions of the themes from the French-based dubs in good quality?

I was binge-watching the AB Groupe dub, because of the funny bits I saw on YT, and everytime when the movies and TV specials end, it plays the official instrumental versions of the ending themes (except the first film, since the ending outro footage is taken from the Pioneer dub). After that, I was looking up the high quality versions of the instrumentals (which is around the time I found a good quality version of the Buu Saga opening in its TV-Size instrumental form, but couldn't find the instrumental version of the ending theme that the French DVDs and some channel broadcasts in France, Belgium, Greece, Romania, etc. used, with the exception that Italy used it on their VHSes), and nothing is found. So, is there a way to have the instrumental versions of the songs used in the AB Groupe-based dubs in good quality, since the songs is originally in low quality (sounded like it's from the VHS tapes)? If there is, hopefully I might experiment on the methods some day, since nowadays, people still use AI Vocal Removers and make some reuploads.
