Both are referenced a lot. Seeing their places in this world would have been cool. I could go for some content that takes place during that time.

I mean, it probably wasn't much different, though Dabura seems to have been a more hands-off ruler. It seems that Gomah's lifespan taxation either didn't exist under Dabura or was much less harsh. Judging by the statue of him giving a peace sign in the Third Demon World, I quite like the implication that Dabura was naturally more of a Mr. Satan-esque braggart beloved by most of the populace than a truly evil demon. Like Vegeta, Babidi's magic may have corrupted him further.

The fact that Gomah and Degesu cheered for Babidi's demise implies that he's widely hated in the Demon Realm as a funnel-eared interloper who spiriting away their beloved king. Perhaps Babidi was once a Rasputin figure in Dabura's court, manipulating him slowly before taking full control?

It's likely that the demon realm in U7 was ruled by Dabra's family for generations. We know that Dabra is over 400 years old seeing that he show up on Earth around Age 474.

No, it didn’t matter in the Boo Arc, it doesn’t matter now.

We saw Glinds (Kaioshin) literally growing on trees, that really did nothing for us narratively but gave if nothing else, a somewhat funny visual.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

I don't see why it would be much different. Dabura somehow being a better ruler than Gomah (or rather a less harsh one on taxes...) doesn't change than he is, well, Dabura. The guy who would have literally been too comfortable on Hell.

Babidi being hated is interesting but considering Bibidi apparently let Buu rampage across the realm is not really that surprising. Babidi wanted to revive that creature and literally mind controlled the king of the entire realm to help him.

Like, of all the unseen things in Dragonball, it would be way more interesting to see for example how the Saiyans behaved among themselves before Cold took over them. Or if we are still tslking about the Demon Realm, how it was originally when Namekians, Glinds and who knows who else were still living in there. Piccolo mentions Namelians left because they didn't want to be ruled, but Arinsu says Glinds left because of Buu so maybe Bibiddi was targetting them specifically. That would be way more interesting to see and could imply he also hated the way the three Worlds were established back then.
