From what I gather the company in question (Piece of Magic Entertainment) are exclusively a theatrical distributor and they regularly put on limited screenings for concert recordings and Japanese films into 20-30 countries across Europe and the Baltics. I will update as I hear about what countries are added.
My source says Studio PDK creates Polish subs for Piece of Magic and they're reportedly trying to convince them to order a Polish dub but haven't had any success yet. The director of the recent Polish dubs Dariusz Kosmowski retired from the business about a month ago but hopefully someone new steps up to the plate. It would be nice to see Battle of Gods get some new dubs too.

- Much like Dragon Ball Kai since 2023 this appears to be a second international run of distribution for the movie where it is being released in territories that didn't receive it during the original run (noted by Tian)
- For reference the movie was shown in these territories by date during its original release:
Spoiler:
- Latvia and Poland use the same clip in their trailers (noted by TheRed259)
- Promo on the Norwegian movie theatre site uses the English dub (noted by sangofe)
